Appraisal Solutions of Nevada Appraisal Reviews

As stated in an announcement by the Federal Reserve, "financial institutions are obligated to have effective, impartial real estate appraisal and evaluation plans," and that appraisers completing reviews should "have the familiarity and expertise to determine compliance with the Federal Reserves appraisal regulations and guidelines." Here at Appraisal Solutions of Nevada, we provide appraisal review services that are unbiased, efficient, professional and square with the Federal Reserve's guidelines.

If you need a real estate appraisal review or have questions regarding an appraisal, contact us today.

The Federal Reserve says appraisal reviews "should conclude whether the appraisal or evaluation is pertinent for the transaction, the uncertainty of the transaction, and whether the procedure by which the collateral valuation is obtained ensures independence and quality." They "must also demonstrate whether the appraisal or evaluation report is compatible with the letter of engagement, which describes the scope of the appraisal assignment." Lastly, the Federal Reserve says that "some banks supplement regular reviews with post-funding assessments of appraisal quality for a few of their high-liability or high-value transactions as a way to help in uncovering valuation concerns."

In addition to conforming our work to the practices and guidelines of our review customers, there are four Fannie Mae forms that are normally used for review services, and we will produce an appraisal review on any one of them. They include an appraisal "desk" review, a "field" review, a "short" form and a "narrative" form. Here at Appraisal Solutions of Nevada, we're trained in every form of appraisal review, review process and the requirements of review appraisers.

We realize what the most frequent weaknesses are, particularly in our housing market. We also understand what makes a quality appraisal. In the same regard, we are trained enough to recognize that our competition in our market are qualified to do a good job. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, or USPAP, govern appraisal reviews as well as appraisal reports, and you can trust Appraisal Solutions of Nevada to ethically evaluate appraisal reports executed by others. And those others may be examining our work, too!

You can trust Appraisal Solutions of Nevada for our independent judgment, because we offer professional, unbiased, ethical appraisal review services for our clients. Contact us to learn more about our qualifications, expertise and services offered.
